Rostered by house
A SIL house is a place in the system with its own participants, its own shifts and its own coverage. You build the week against the house and see the gaps in it, rather than assembling coverage participant by participant and hoping the hours line up.
- Houses with their own participants and rosters
- Coverage visible across the whole week, not per person
- Recurring rosters copied forward, then adjusted
- Open shifts offered to available, qualified staff
